Please note:  Due to an error in billing you were overcharged $8.50 for your January Assessment.  The January billing should have indicated an amount due of $141.50.  Those of you who paid the $150.00 have a credit on your account.  You may use this credit toward a future assessment payment.  Going forward for the remainder of the year the monthly assessment will be $141.50.  For those of you using “Bill-Pay” or “Auto-Pay” please make sure to make this adjustment.
